We came in a bit later into the picture and we said, can you show us the builders quote, and she pulled out what he would have tore out of an invoice book, which had a stamp, no licence number, of course. And he’d asked for 30% upfront, that’s against the law. So if you have a builder who’s asking for more than 10% that’s actually against New South Wales law. And suffice to say when we saw the when we saw the bathroom, you would have to do a custom the shower was so small that you’d have to actually customise the glass to make it fit. Of course that hadn’t been done and there was no gravity feed which is done through screening to the actual floor waste.
